I stayed at this hotel for business trip, it was an awesome stay. The location was marvellous and magnificent, very close to Plaza Burgos. Moreover, it's near Ciudad Fernandina, the main tourist area, and the tourist destinations...

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the historic area. The free breakfast offered was fantastic and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the restaurant was also enjoyable.

The rooms were quite small and some had no windows. The staff were not always helpful and the receptionist was unprofessional.

The rooms are well-maintained and neat with access to wifi, everything is EXCELLENT. The property has an unbeatable and fantastic location, right by the main sights of Vigan and the Philippines, and the cathedral, plaza, and city hall.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities and a clean bathroom. the staff is friendly and provides efficient service. Breakfast is delicious and features a wide selection of dishes to choose from.

The hotel needs to improve its housekeeping as towels were not replaced.

This hotel was a great value for the money. The location was perfect, nestled near the tourist destinations of Vigan, and there were many restaurants in the vicinity. The staff was very accommodating and the rooms with queen beds were perfect for my family, complete with access to WiFi and breakfast.

The pillows were too big, but other than that, all was okay.

Nothing could have been better.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I was impressed with the awesome facilities that included reliable wifi and a well-lit design. the hotel also provided a rainy day promo which was well worth the cost savings. the key location near to the historic Vigan site was a definite plus.

The housekeeping service was disappointing. My room was not furnished as well as I had hoped, with stained linens and a small space that made moving about the room difficult.
